Sandi Parker

PRINCIPAL

Sandi Parker has been involved in environmentally progressive real estate for more than fifteen years. Pivotal to the Ponce City Market development team, Sandi led marketing efforts from acquisition to opening. A founding member of the Jamestown Creative Department, Sandi handled marketing and FF&E selection on office, multi-family, mixed-use, hotel and condo projects including the Schermerhorn condo in New York; The Madison Hotel & Office buildings in Washington, D.C.; 999 Peachtree and Westside Provisions District.

Prior to Jamestown, Sandi worked on the development teams responsible for Woodstock Downtown, a ULI Development of Excellence, and Vickery Village, an ARC Development of the Year, as well as the Lucky Marietta District in Downtown, Atlanta. Before making the leap into development, Sandi spent her early years as a commercial interior designer.

Sandi grew up in Portland, a city that values creative environments, reuse of historic structures and art as intrinsic parts of development. That exposure, combined with an interior design degree and experience in San Francisco, London, New York and D.C.allowed Sandi to develop a deep appreciation for developments that provide a sense of place and community.

Lisl huber

PRINCIPAL

Lisl Huber brings fifteen years of experience as a marketing professional to Indigo Collective. Lisl ‘s focus is adding value to commercial real estate through marketing and branding. Lisl comes from the Jamestown Creative Department where she managed the marketing and user experience at Westside Provisions District, 999 Peachtree, Riverview Landing, Shops at Metropolis, Ballet Banta Atlanta; Bridges at Kendall Place and Beach Place in Miami; and Mixson in Charleston, SC.

Prior to joining the Jamestown team in 2011, Lisl worked both abroad and in the United States. At BMW in Munich, Germany and with Rödl & Partner, Lisl built brand awareness, client and investor relationships, as well as online platforms to drive sales and information dissemination. As the Marketing Director for CWC in Atlanta, Lisl laid the groundwork for a strong proficiency in corporate project management and interior design.

Lisl is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s School of Journalism, and furthered her education as a recipient of the Fulbright affiliated scholarship, CDS International, which facilitated her study at Georgetown University and Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
